Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and working professionals and convert leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls and counsel prospective students.
• Explain courses, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.
• Manage leads from enquiry to admission closure.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle objections and effectively convert leads.
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales/admission targets.
