Job Overview

American Residential Services is the largest provider of residential services in the US, employing more than 7000 professionals across the country. ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975.

Salary Range: $100K + yearly. Hourly pay structure plus uncapped commission.

Schedule: 10AM - 7PM with rotating weekends

You will be responsible for closing sales on warm leads provided by the company. NO COLD CALLING.
We are looking for a professional, highly motivated, energetic, positive candidate with excellent communication skills!

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Follow up and close warm sales leads provided by our Sales Team.
  • Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions.
  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
  • Multi-task
  • Ability to gain product knowledge quickly.

Required Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to close deals
  • Strong phone presence
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced enviroment
  • Previous rehash experience highly desired
  • Excellent Outlook, Excel, and computer fluency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
