Inside Sales Representative (International Market)
40 hours per week

Who are we looking for?
As an Inside Sales Representative, your strengths lie in customer-focused and reliable work and your excellent language skills. You communicate effortlessly, and with your commercial insight, you capitalize on the opportunities our market offers. You enjoy staying on top of your administrative tasks and can quickly navigate various systems. Additionally, you collaborate easily with colleagues from diverse nationalities.

What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you know exactly what JC-Electronics can offer its customers. This stems from your curiosity and your drive to achieve revenue growth. You are responsible for providing optimal service to your clients. You make sure you fully understand your customer's situation so you can not only answer their questions but also gain insight into their organization and identify opportunities for JC-Electronics.

You handle customer inquiries by phone or email, ensuring your client quickly receives their quote. Throughout the follow-up process, you proactively keep your customer informed about the progress of their order. To enhance customer service, we have started automating parts of this process. Overseeing and continuously optimizing this process will also be part of your role.

What do you bring to the table?

  • MBO+/HBO level education in International Business Management or a commercial field, with several years of work experience;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and commercial insight;
  • A structured and results-driven approach, with the ability to set priorities;
  • Enthusiastic, customer- and service-oriented, responsible and team player;
  • Work experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
