Regency Cleaning Services - Inside Sales Representative
Regency Cleaning Services has inside sales representative positions available, with the role focused on expanding their client base by effectively generating leads, conducting data mining activities, and initiating cold calls via email and phone. The primary responsibility is to set appointments for their sales team to provide janitorial cleaning quotes for commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting targeted data mining to identify potential clients and decision-makers
- Initiating outbound calls and emails to prospects to generate interest and schedule appointments
- Understanding client needs and effectively communicating the value of Regency Cleaning Services
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads and appointments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Outbound B2B cold calling is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Google Suite
- Knowledge of the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry is a plus
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $18.00-$22.00 / Hour
