Inside Sales Support - Fire

ADI Global Distribution now have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Support to join our Fire-team in Ishøj, Denmark.

In this role you will be responsible for providing sales support to our outside/field sales team who are selling Fire related security products and/or services to new and existing customers. At the same time, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Fire products to our customers contacting us.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Providing technical product support for Fire products for all relevant customers calling us
  • Preparing accurate sales quotations and handling key administrative support for the sales team
  • Working with our vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the outside sales team to identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Enhancing the customer experience by understanding needs and recommending tailored solutions
  • Driving revenue growth by supporting sales efforts and closing deals
  • Proactively identifying and escalating opportunities for process improvements
  • Developing strong knowledge of ADI’s product range, systems, and sales procedures

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Experience working with Fire related security products in either a sales support, technical, customer service or sales environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment
  • A customer-first mindset, with a drive to deliver results and exceed expectations

WE VALUE:

  • Experience in a B2B distribution or trade environment (electronics, security, or related sectors preferred)
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • In addition to Danish, you have a command of the English language
