Job Title: Insights Analytics Senior Analyst
Location: Bengaluru-Manyata Tech Park

Our team is composed of data and Analytics engineers, data scientists, and leaders, who bring in the right mix of skills. We also work very closely with our business and operations colleagues to support these services which are critical to the Australian and Global economy.

Impact & contribution: The role involves working closely with multiple teams like marketing, partnership teams, CEE teams, technology and CDAO to deliver partnership offer. Passionate about customers and the opportunity to build trust and customer advocacy through data-driven insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Fostering a continuous learning culture, encouraging the team to continuously demonstrate our PACE ‘mindsets.’
• Delivering sound business decision making insight using superb data analytics, statistical modelling and data visualization
• Knowledge sharing and technical leadership – creating a drive for ‘craftsmanship’ and taking pride in inspiring and motivating others to share knowledge and upskill each other in your area of expertise
Adhering to guardrails – contributing to and adhering to the standards and policies defined by the Practice.

Essential Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Intermediate-Advanced SQL and Wherescape expertise.
• Naturally curious and proactive analytics professional with deep technical expertise.
• A working knowledge of reporting tools including SSRS and Tableau/PowerBI.
• Advanced analytical skills, able to work with complex data to deliver meaningful, relevant, actionable insights.
• Can correctly analyse and interpret results and apply standard analytical techniques.
• Ability to deliver high quality, accurate and on-time insights and analytics.
• Good problem-solving skills, comfortable working in complex, challenging environments with strong written and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to groups.
• An ability to master new tools as required.
Outcome orientated, persistence to challenge the status quo and deliver customer results.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
