Instagram Sales & Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a creative and sales-oriented candidate to manage Instagram and other social media platforms, create and edit promotional videos and reels, handle customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit promotional videos, reels, and product content.
• Manage Instagram posts, stories, comments, and DMs.
• Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Promote products, offers, and new collections on social media.
• Coordinate with the sales team and maintain customer follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of video editing tools and social media platforms.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Creativity, sales skills, and basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in video editing and social media sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
