THE ROLE

As an Installation Technician, you’ll play a vital role in installing, servicing, and maintaining our exciting range of products, including shuffleboards and our tech innovations like FLYBY Darts and SHUFL TECH. You’ll ensure our products function seamlessly, deliver training to venue staff, and build strong relationships with our partners. This role is based in or around Oslo, Norway, and involves extensive travel across Norway and the rest of Europe as required. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with a practical mindset and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new shuffleboards and tech products, including cameras, computers, wiring, and software.
• Provide 3rd-line technical support, troubleshooting issues both remotely and on-site.
• Ensure timely servicing and maintenance to minimize product downtime.
• Train venue staff on product operation and maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners and venue teams.
• Host, set up, and dismantle tables for events.
• Promote and sell SHUFL+ and accessories.

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

• Is hands-on, a practical problem solver with experience in IT systems, electrical/electronic systems, or a tech environment.
• Has strong customer service skills and the ability to engage positively with partners.
• Can demonstrate proven experience delivering training to individuals and groups.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting demanding targets.
• Is flexible and willing to travel across the country and internationally, sometimes at short notice.
• Has the ability to manage their own schedule and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full valid Norwegian driving license which ideally includes category BE. If you don’t currently hold a BE category on your driving license but are willing to obtain one we encourage you to apply.
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages such as Norwegian, French, Spanish and Polish are an advantage.
