Description:
About the role

Based in Gladstone and reporting to the Team Leader, you will service, maintain and install equipment associated with the site accommodation function.

In this role, you will:
Install fixtures and fittings in portable buildings such as flooring, sinks, furniture and appliances
Performing general handyperson duties including minor carpentry works
Carry out inspections, maintenance and repairs of portable buildings
Prepare portable buildings for hire, ensuring they are clean, presented to a high standard, equipped with all relevant furniture and accessories and in a safe / usable condition

Skills and Experiences:
Skills and experience

Along with a positive attitude & high regard for safety, our ideal candidate will have:

Handyman & basic carpentry skills
Aptitude for hands-on, building related tasks
Ability to use hand and power tools
Current drivers licence
Forklift licence (desirable)
Ability to work unsupervised
