Description:
About the role

Based in Pakenham VIC & reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand.

This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools.

As a Team Leader, you will:
  • Providing pricing & quotations for new and existing customers, with a view of converting all sales opportunities and adding value for the customer
  • Ensure all installation & maintenance activities are completed in accordance with Onsite policies, processes, and procedures
  • Deliver installation projects within budget and as per agreed schedules
  • Resolve any service issues with hire items on site and ensure accurate recording of asset numbers for exchanges
  • Coordinate transport activities for equipment collection and delivery
  • Obtain quotes for repair and prioritise & arrange the completion of repairs to maximise asset availability to meet hires
  • Provide technical and pricing support to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor the completion of installations at site level to ensure customer expectations are met
Skills and Experiences:
Skills and experience

Along with sound mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills, our ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and practical requirements
  • Strong experience in estimation, pricing, and cost control
  • Confident communicator
  • Experience coordinating and managing transport & logistics
  • Ability to successfully manage contractors and suppliers
