Are you a technically minded professional with a passion for bespoke entry systems and automatic doors? Our client, a leader in the design and installation of innovative access solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee installations, fit-outs, and the training of their next generation of automation engineers.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow the engineering team, ensuring solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all installations and fit-outs for automatic doors and bespoke entry systems.
- Conduct detailed site surveys to assess project requirements and develop comprehensive plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installation projects, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
- Train and mentor new engineers, equipping them with the technical and practical skills required for successful installations.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to uphold standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless transitions from project proposal to execution.
- Manage resources effectively, balancing project timelines, budgets, and workforce availability.
- Oversee the growth and development of the installation team, transitioning from hands-on project leadership to supervisory responsibilities as the team expands.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in project management within the automatic doors, bespoke entry systems, electronics industries or similar.
- Strong technical background, with hands-on knowledge of access systems, mechanical installations, and/or electrical components.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience training and managing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with site survey processes, technical drawings, and installation protocols.
