Job Opening: Window Covering Installer (Full-Time)

We provide:

Paid training
Company work vehicle
All tools needed

Pay: $18–$22/hr (based on experience) + potential bonuses Hours: 35–50 hrs/week Schedule: Monday–Friday, some Saturdays

What You MUST Have:

A valid driver's license
Be insurable under our company auto policy
Willingness to undergo a background check
Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders

The Job:

Install blinds, shades, shutters, and more
Keep your job site clean
Use simple computer programs (email)
Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional way
Handle repairs and help organize orders in the shop

Who You Are:

Handy and comfortable with power tools
Punctual, dependable, and self-directed
Friendly and a team player
Able to troubleshoot and solve problems on the spot
Open to learning new tools and tech
Can occasionally pull a trailer and stay overnight if needed
