Installer/Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled radio technician and light installer, to join our booming business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation to outfit police cars and radios. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Install and configure equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during installations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel to various job sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
