What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

In this role you'll manage the AA driving instructor network, ensuring top-quality service and support for both instructors and customers. This role involves coordinating instructor training and endorsement courses, analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and creating plans to meet changing needs.

Some of your day-to-day tasks will include:

Reviewing the availability of lessons provided to ensure we meet customer demand

Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new instructors

Process payments and invoices

Serve as the main point of contact for contracted driving instructors, offering support, answering queries, and resolving issues

About You | Mōu

Your experience in an operations environment, along with your strong administrative and coordination skills, will be invaluable. You excel in relationship-building and can liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

Excellent planning and organisational skills

Effective problem solving and decision-making capabilities

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Full NZ drivers licence.
