Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation & Electrical Technician to join our team at a large chemical processing facility. This is a hands-on, challenging role ideal for candidates with a strong background in electrical systems and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance on process control equipment, electrical distribution systems, and instrumentation.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and work overtime as needed (on-call pay provided).
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Diagnose equipment/system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate labor and work history records using the CMMS work order system.
• Keep maintenance areas and equipment clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installation and troubleshooting, or in electrical calibration and testing.
• Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environment is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and/or move items over 75lbs.
• Comfortable with moderate physical demands and frequent lifting.
• Must wear required PPE, including uniforms, hard hat, steel-toe boots, and safety glasses (PPE and uniforms provided by company).

Work Hours:

On-site: Monday-Friday 7 am - 3 pm

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
