Position: Business Team - front office

Requirements:

• Previous dental or medical experience a must
• Proven customer service experience
• Ability to connect with people
• Work monthly insurance unpaid claims and A/R reports
• Runs cycle billing-statements/collection letters
• Monitor and follow up on credit balance accounts
• Submit requests for patient refund checks
• Handle incoming calls concerning insurance, confirm insurance information
• Submit pre-determination and contact patients once received to schedule
• Pre scrub patient accounts
• Prepare preliminary posting summary
• Answer phones and help the team wherever needed
