We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced In-House Insurance Broker to join our team. This role offers one of the most competitive compensation structures in the industry — including a base salary, new business commission, and renewal commission. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of RIBO-licensed experience and a proven sales background, along with strong customer service skills and insurance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide expert advice on auto, home and commercial insurance products.
• Evaluate risk, generate competitive quotes, and negotiate terms with insurance providers.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A valid RIBO license with at least 1 year of experience.
• Proven experience in insurance sales is required.
• Strong communication and client service skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation

• Industry-leading compensation structure:
• Base salary
• 20% share of the brokerage’s earned commission on all policies written (including both new business and renewals)
• Performance-based incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
