Job Summary:
YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT INSURANCE FOR THIS POSITION! We will train! Are you extremely organized, and able to multi task in a fast paced environment? We are growing and adding to our team in our Milaca office. Candidate must be a contributing member to the agency team's culture and systems.
Candidate must complete the assessment to move forward in the hiring process.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements
Insurance license:
Within 90 days of employment, our candidate will take an insurance license training course, and pass a test to get their insurance license. Study time is given during the work day, and all expenses are employer paid.
Qualifications needed:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service at a customer service counter, bank, office, retail store, or as an assistant manager.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, problem-solving, and ability to maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
- Experience with the multi-line phone system, printer, copier, scanner.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, basic Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Candidate must have used technology in a professional role.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Management or shift lead experience is a plus.
- Experience with enforcing company policies and relay to clients and/or co-workers is preferred.
Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer service. Answer inbound phone calls on a multi line phone system; screen and forward the calls accordingly.
- Assist walk in clients with payments, billing inquiries, filing claims, and policy changes.
- Ability to remain focused and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- After training, this role explains insurance coverages to clients, and makes changes to existing policies.
- Strong technology skills & learns fast.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception and supply area.
- You must have a true passion for customer service to succeed in this role. Key qualities: patience, compassion, and empathy.
