Insurance Delivery Lead Techfs

Introduction

We are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Lead in Insurance to join our team in our offices in Brussels.

Your job

• Be the counterpart of the CIO of a major insurance company in Belgium
• Take over delivery responsibility in various transformation projects in the insurance sector
• Manage the program & account financials
• Steer & drive teams to success at the customer
• Create program plans, follow-up in a KPI driven way, mitigate risks proactively
• Help growing the insurance portfolio within Belgium & Luxembourg, by actively driving business development / proposals with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Bring the latest innovation and technology ideas in order to inspire, plan, deliver and execute of one or more Technology projects and programs for Accenture or its clients.
• Work to ensure appropriate resources are mobilized and programs/projects/portfolios meet operational, contractual and economic commitments.
• May manage service quality, cost and leadership of the people delivering services across one client deal and /or country.

You will be part of the management team of the dynamic technology financial services team, and the larger financial services family of Accenture.

Your background

• More than 10 years of experience in a role as delivery lead within IT domain
• Strong knowledge & experience of Insurance products
• IT transformation expertise in Financial Services sector (Banking/Insurance/Capital Market)
• Extended knowledge on the Agile methodology
• Excellent communicative skills in English, good command of French or Dutch
