Job Description: Seeking a PMO Specialist responsible for driving project governance, ensuring adherence to delivery frameworks, managing reporting processes, and enabling leadership with accurate visibility into project performance and portfolio health.


Responsibilities: Project Governance & Oversight

  • Establish and enforce project management standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Monitor compliance with organizational methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Facilitate risk management, issue tracking, and change control processes.

Portfolio & Program Management

  • Support prioritization of projects aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain portfolio dashboards to track progress, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Provide consolidated reporting to leadership on program status, risks, and benefits realization.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Develop and maintain project scorecards, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Enhance data storytelling to highlight trends and enable proactive decision-making.

Stakeholder Communication & Support

  • Coordinate communication across project teams, sponsors, and leadership.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and prepare executive presentations.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project documentation and updates.

Process Improvement & Tools

  • Identify opportunities to streamline PMO processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement and manage project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
  • Support training and onboarding of project managers and team members on PMO standards.

    • Qualifications: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
    • Hands-on expertise with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
    • Proven ability to manage reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
