Insurance Sales Producer (Commercial & Personal Lines)

In this role, you'll drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and onboarding to retention while providing strategic guidance and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. Must have an active, Connecticut State Producer License. Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation is a plus.
