The Opportunity
The Insurance Transformation team supports insurers and brokers during the complete lifecycle of their transformation projects - from ideation to implementation and maintenance. We are looking for experienced profiles that can take up the role of process engineer, business analyst, product owner or project/program manager.

With our expertise and knowledge of the Belgian Market, we can tailor our methodologies to meet the specific requirements of the clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Insurance Transformation team, you will:
Collaborate with Clients: Understand their challenges and implement innovative solutions.- Innovate: Contribute to the development of new solutions for the insurance sector.
- Enhance Processes: Support process improvements and identify efficiency gains.
- Share Expertise: Provide your knowledge and experience to clients and peers.
- Network: Build a strong and international professional network.
During transformation projects, you will be involved in various phases of the project lifecycle, including:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Analyze current processes and define future states.- Facilitating Workshops: Lead stakeholder workshops to discover innovative solutions.
- Business Case Development: Create and assess the impact of potential solutions.
- Advising Clients: Present well-defined requirements and implementation roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Conduct regular meetings and deliver impactful presentations.
Skills and Attributes for Success
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Educational Background: Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., applied economics, commercial engineering, civil engineering, applied informatics) or equivalent experience.- Professional Experience: 3-7 years in consulting or within an insurance company/broker firm.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Belgian insurance market.
- Digital Transformation Insight: Awareness of how digital transformations and key technology platforms impact the insurance industry.
- Analytical & Conceptual Thinking: Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and a pragmatic approach.
- Client Management Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills through solid communication and presentation abilities.
- Language Proficiency: Native Dutch or French speaker with excellent business English skills.
- Team Spirit & Autonomy: Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
