Role Description

The Integration & Data Analyst plays a key role in designing, building, and supporting system integrations that enable seamless operation across HCF Support Systems and enterprise platforms. This role focuses on application management, interoperability, integration design, interface reliability, and system support, working closely with Information & Knowledge Management (IKM) and HCF Support System stakeholders.

Core Duties:

• HCF Support Systems Applications management which includes Production and Non-Production system delivery coordination, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
• Solution analysis, systems architecture and development using VBA, VB.NET, PowerShell Scripts, Microsoft Access, Oracle PL/SQL and other tools.
• Assist in HCF Support System applications upgrade including both major planned and minor ad-hoc upgrades, which covers Change Management.
• Assist with day to day support of key HCF Support System applications, including EAGLE LSAR, EAGLE Publishing System, EAGLE VISION, MMIS, ALaRMS, others.
• Maintain and update integration and application support documentation, including LSAR Style Guide, Data Administrator Work Instructions, Data Management Work Instructions
• Assist, as required, in fulfilment of data-related tasks including report generation, data extraction, data validation, maintenance of PL/SQL codes, and data updates.
• Provide regular status updates to supervisors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About YOU

• Experience in relevant ICT environment, with prior experience in service-oriented customer facing roles (Application Support).
• Experience or willingness to learn Application Support, Development (VBA or any programming language), Database-related software (MS Access, Oracle, SQL Server, Webservices, etc).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across integrated systems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Exposure to LSAR (Logistics Support Analysis Record), FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis), MTA (Maintenance Task Analysis), OTA (Operator Task Analysis) and LORA (Level of Repair) desirable but not essential.
• Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain NV1 Clerance
• Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations
