Reporting into the Senior Supply Chain Manager, the Integration Manager will oversee the overall supply chain capabilities necessary to ensure a successful & seamless operation of end-to-end supply chain procedures in Myer and/or its 3PL’s.

About the role:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using industry-standard technologies
• Lead integration efforts to ensure smooth transactions across teams, systems and technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with business goals
• Define & continuously update the architecture to support evolving business objectives
• Monitor & minimise technical defects to maintain scalable, high-quality solutions
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with the Supply Chain team & across the broader business
• Plan and analyse capabilities to ensure the development & delivery of cost-effective, supportable products
• Provide expertise in logistics to ensure system designs meet performance requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve the supporting infrastructure for better efficiency, cost savings and safety
• Offer engineering support for distribution centre operations, including inventory control, facility layout, flow optimisation & data analysis
• Use logistics modelling tools to design efficient warehouse, transportation and supply chain solutions for proposals and ongoing operations
• Participate in the implementation and integration of decision-support systems at logistics sites
• Provide logistical technology support to internal teams & stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Manage transportation of raw materials and finished goods, vendor selection, negotiations & inventory control
• Develop logistics plans to improve the distribution of goods and supplies.

About you:

• Experienced leader within DC environment with a support/operations background
• Strong Lean or Continuous improvement background
• Exposure to systems IE WMS, ERP &/or core platform
• High analytical and problem-solving experience within an automated environment is essential
• Strong systems and inventory understanding with a DC environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with new automated technology and systems
• Proven change and project management skills
• Experience in DC diligence, with experience conducting projects desirable
• Supply Chain tertiary qualifications highly desired
• 5 years’ of experience as a Solution Architect or similar Supply Chain role
