The Role:
As an Integrations Specialist at Webrunner, you will be responsible for building, managing, and improving the systems that connect our clients’ marketing, CRM, automation, and reporting tools.
This role goes beyond basic implementation. The Senior Integrations Specialist is expected to work independently, handle more complex technical projects, support and mentor junior team members, and help improve how Webrunner approaches integrations, automation, and reporting.
As our internal systems evolve, this role will also help support more advanced reporting and automation capabilities using tools such as Zapier, n8n, webhooks, APIs, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and AI/LLM models.
Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration & Automation
- Build, manage, and maintain integrations between client CRMs, lead sources, marketing platforms, automation tools, and reporting systems.
- Use tools like Zapier, n8n, webhooks, APIs, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and client CRM platforms to support reliable data flow.
- Create automation workflows that support lead routing, reporting, data collection, alerts, and internal efficiency.
- Support advanced internal reporting and automation initiatives using AI tools, LLMs, and other evolving technologies.
- Ensure integrations are reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain.
Reporting & Data Quality
- Support the setup and maintenance of client-facing reporting dashboards.
- Help ensure data is accurate, consistent, and useful for both clients and internal teams.
- Monitor and improve data flows between platforms.
- Identify tracking issues, data gaps, or broken automations and recommend practical solutions.
- Help improve the quality and reliability of Webrunner’s reporting systems over time.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Troubleshoot issues related to integrations, automations, connectors, CRM systems, webhooks, dashboards, and data pipelines.
- Take ownership of more complex or escalated technical issues.
- Test integrations thoroughly before launch or handoff.
- Document common issues, solutions, and best practices.
- Help junior team members solve problems and improve their technical skills.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs, reporting requirements, and integration challenges.
- Participate in select client-facing conversations when technical input is required.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members and clients.
- Help translate client goals into practical integration and reporting solutions.
- Provide responsive support while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
Mentorship & Process Improvement
- Support and mentor junior Integrations Specialists.
- Review work, provide guidance, and help raise the standard of execution across the team.
- Contribute to SOPs, documentation, QA processes, and internal training.
- Identify opportunities to improve how Webrunner builds, manages, and scales integrations.
- Stay curious and adaptable as tools, workflows, and client needs evolve.
Requirements
- Strong experience with tools such as Zapier, n8n, webhooks, APIs, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms.
- Comfort working with newer tools and systems involving AI, LLMs, and advanced reporting workflows.
- Ability to independently build, manage, troubleshoot, and improve integrations.
- Strong understanding of automation logic, data flow, lead routing, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requests or projects at once.
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical people.
- Comfortable participating in client-facing conversations when technical expertise is needed.
- Ability to document processes clearly and support junior team members.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and help the role evolve as Webrunner’s systems and technology stack mature.
We Offer
- A remote working environment with flexible hours.
- A starting, full-time contract between $700 - $1,000 CAD/Month
