As an Interactive Designer, you'll be at the forefront of creating dynamic, engaging, and impactful digital experiences across our web marketing channels. Your work will transform user interactions into memorable, meaningful engagements that accelerate our brand's presence, boost conversions, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop immersive, interactive multimedia experiences (including interactive web pages, animations, interactive infographics, and dynamic product tours) to enhance user engagement and understanding.

Collaborate closely with web developers, UX/UI designers, content strategists, and marketing teams to align interactive designs with strategic objectives and brand identity.

Rapidly prototype interactive concepts to validate ideas and iteratively refine based on user feedback and analytics insights.

Leverage tools such as Ceros, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphic software to create sophisticated, production-ready interactive content.

Act as a creative advocate for interactive design, educating teams on best practices, emerging trends, and innovative technologies.

Continually analyze performance metrics to optimize and enhance interactivity, ensuring measurable impact on user experience and conversion goals.

Maintain a pulse on cutting-edge interactive and multimedia trends, proactively bringing innovative ideas to drive forward-thinking design strategies.

Required Skill Set:

User Experience (UX) & User Interface Design: A solid grounding in UX principles and UI visual design is paramount. As our ideal Interactive Web Designer, you are expected to create intuitive, user-centered interfaces backed by research and best practices.

This includes skill in information architecture, wireframing, and user flow design, as well as a sharp eye for visual details like layout, typography, and color.

Responsive Web Design: The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to design adaptable layouts and interfaces for various screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile) without sacrificing usability or visual appeal. This entails knowledge of grid systems, flex layouts, and design techniques that ensure content reflows gracefully.

Interaction Design & Prototyping: The ideal candidate specializes in crafting engaging interactions; from micro-interactions (button hover states, UI animations) to entire interactive flows (multi-step product tours, dynamic on-page content). This includes the ability to create interactive prototypes that simulate user behavior and transitions.

Additionally, understanding concepts like information architecture, user flows, and storytelling in interactive contexts is part of this competency.

Motion Design and Multimedia: Competency here includes knowing how and when to use animation to enhance user experience (without harming usability or performance) and being skilled with timeline-based tools like After Effects or modern animation software.

Design Systems and Component Libraries: As our ideal candidate, you must understand how to scale your design efforts by building design systems and reusable component libraries. This skill involves creating consistent UI components, following a unified style guide, and utilizing tools like Figma’s design system features or Storybook.

Basic Front-End Knowledge: While not formally required, we appreciate designers who have a fundamental understanding of front-end development HTML5 and CSS3

Soft Skills & Preferred Qualifications:

Proven ability to translate marketing objectives into highly engaging, interactive web experiences.

Exceptional creativity paired with meticulous attention to detail, delivering compelling designs that align with brand standards.

Demonstrated ability to quickly prototype and iterate based on feedback and analytical insights.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of articulating design rationale clearly across diverse teams.

Previous experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing environments.

Familiarity with personalization and AI-driven content strategies

Experience using data analytics tools (Adobe Analytics) to inform design decisions and validate effectiveness.
