Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer & Architect who is passionate about designing innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, creative flair, and a collaborative approach to project execution—right from concept development to site completion.

Key Responsibilities: Interior Design Duties:

• Meet clients to understand design requirements, tastes, budgets, and lifestyle needs.
• Develop mood boards, layout plans, 2D/3D visualizations, and working drawings.
• Suggest materials, finishes, color palettes, lighting, and furniture.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site engineers to ensure quality execution.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Ensure projects align with design intent and client expectations.

Architecture Duties:

• Create architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare site layouts and structural designs in coordination with civil engineers.
• Understand and apply building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Participate in on-site supervision, quality checks, and project coordination.
• Optimize designs for functionality, space utilization, ventilation, and natural light.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
