Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior concepts, creating detailed design plans, and collaborating closely with clients and contractors to bring visions to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial spaces, utilising a wide range of design software and construction knowledge. The ideal applicant will possess a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and proficiency in industry-standard programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with client needs and project specifications.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prepare presentation boards and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during the construction phase to ensure design integrity is maintained.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints through effective project management.
• Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
• Stay updated with current trends in interior design, colour schemes, materials, and innovative technologies.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role within a professional environment.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and construction processes is highly desirable.
• Experience managing projects from conception through completion with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and visualisations that effectively communicate design intent.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹57,391.33 per month
