Role Title: Project Lead (Modular Interiors & Execution)

Locations: Bangalore / Mumbai

Reporting To: Operations Head / Senior Management

Job Purpose

The Project Lead will oversee end-to-end site execution, dispatch coordination, installation quality, and customer handovers across residential modular interior projects. This role is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and skilled technicians, acting as the primary escalation point for delivery, and ensuring seamless coordination between central logistics, regional warehouses, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Project Oversight

• Manage end-to-end execution lifecycle for full home interior and modular projects across the region.
• Supervise Project Managers, installation leads, and site technicians to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for site readiness, material receiving, and snag resolution.

2. Dispatch, Warehouse & Installation Coordination

• Plan and schedule material dispatches from the warehouse based on site readiness and customer availability.
• Oversee site delivery logistics, material unboxing, and inventory verification to minimize site transit damage and missing items.
• Manage technician allocation and ensure optimal team deployment across active installation sites.

3. Quality Control & Customer Handover

• Enforce strict Quality Control (QC) benchmarks for modular fitments, hardware alignments, finishes, and safety standards.
• Direct final walkthroughs, snag-list clearances, and formal handovers to customers.
• Function as the primary operational escalation point for customer concerns during the installation phase.

4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and track performance for Project Managers, site supervisors, and technical teams.
• Coordinate with Design, Factory Production, Logistics, and Quality Control teams to resolve manufacturing errors or material shortages promptly.
• Generate weekly operational metrics on delivery timelines, snag rates, and customer satisfaction scores for leadership review.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in interior project execution, with a strong focus on modular furniture, kitchen installations, and full home fit-outs.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management (or equivalent practical experience).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of modular joinery, hardware fittings, site civil/MEP constraints, and installation mechanics.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing team leads, field technicians, and vendor crews.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the regional language (Kannada for Bangalore / Hindi or Marathi for Mumbai).
• Tools: Proficiency in project management software, MS Excel, ERP tools, and site reporting platforms.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
