Job Description Summary

The Asset Services Intern will support a multidisciplinary team managing commercial properties, Owners’ Management Companies (OMCs), Private Rental Sector (PRS) schemes, and client finance services. This role provides hands-on experience in property operations, governance, and financial administration. Key responsibilities include assisting with property management tasks, supporting OMC compliance and documentation, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is a current student in property, finance, or business disciplines with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. This internship offers exposure to real estate asset management, client service delivery, and financial reporting, while providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Property Management Support:

Assist in day-to-day operations of commercial properties and PRS schemes.
Help coordinate maintenance requests, service providers, and compliance checks.

OMC Administration:

Support governance and administration tasks for Owners’ Management Companies.
Prepare meeting packs, minutes, and assist with statutory filings.

Client Finance Services:

Assist in processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
Support budgeting and service charge management activities.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain accurate property and financial records in internal systems.
Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

Customer Service:

Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
Support communication between tenants, landlords, and service providers.
