We are offering an exciting opportunity for an intern currently studying in the field of Organisational Change, Portfolio Management, or Communications to join the Strategy and Operations team for the Group Communications function at Roche. This internship will allow you to practically apply your academic or vocational studies in a real-world Roche setting, while gaining valuable insights into our organisation.
The internship aims to provide you with hands-on experience, supporting the implementation of our new operating model within the department. This includes: assisting with strategic planning, workflow processes, people development and the use of supporting tools to ensure the success of our transformation efforts.
Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension up to 12 months)
Percentage: 60% to 100%
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Strategy and Operations team in implementing the new operating model for the function.
Assist in strategic planning activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Contribute to the improvement and optimisation of workflow processes.
Help manage and maintain workflow and editorial tools used to support the function's initiatives.
Provide research and analytical support to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth implementation of the new model.
Qualifications:
Enrollment at a university as a Master- or a Bachelor student or completed studies no longer than 1 year in Organisational Change, Portfolio Management, Communications, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
A proactive and adaptable approach to learning and contributing to projects.
Due to regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application documents
