Job Description – Hospitality & Culinary Interns

About Us:

We are a café and wine bar that celebrates Italian-European cuisine with a focus on quality ingredients, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in either hospitality or culinary roles while working alongside a passionate team.

We’re looking for hospitality or culinary interns who are:

✅ Strong team players with a positive attitude
✅ Detail-oriented and proactive in assisting with daily operations
✅ Interested in growing their knowledge in front-of-house or kitchen work

What You’ll Be Doing:

For Hospitality Interns:

• Assisting service staff with taking orders, serving food, and guest interactions
• Helping with basic coffee preparation under supervision
• Learning about food, wine, and coffee to enhance the guest experience
• Keeping the workspace and dining area clean and organized

For Culinary Interns:

• Supporting simple kitchen prep tasks such as slicing, plating, and assembling ingredients
• Assisting in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Learning basic cooking techniques and food handling practices
• Working closely with the chefs to support daily kitchen operations
• Assist the service crew if needed

• Pay: $800 and above per month
