• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investors, merger or acquisition targets, and industry trends.
• Developing and implementing strategies for fundraising, merger and acquisition activities.
• Assisting in the preparation of business plans, investment memorandums, and financial models.
• Supporting due diligence processes by conducting research and analysis on target companies.
• Participating in negotiations with investors, target companies, and other stakeholders.
• Supporting post-merger integration activities, such as developing integration plans and assisting with the execution of integration initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• A strong academic background in business, finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience or knowledge of fundraising, merger and acquisition, or corporate finance would be an advantage.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
