Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Building Services Consultancy & Project Site Management (Design & Build)
• Assist in projects management, planning and the design of electrical building systems
• Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
• Assist in project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
• Conduct analysis and selection of systems; evaluate project budgets
• Assist to complete design documents & technical specifications
• Work coordination with other disciplinary teams including Architectural, Mechanical and Civil & Structural
• Assist in e-Submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submission
• Contract and construction management

• TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project if required

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Possess positive learning attitude and good interpersonal skills to coordinate and collaborate on work processes on a multi-disciplinary basis.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
