Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the team in organising and cataloguing the Suppliers Database in the Oracle system
Assist in the preparation of Sales & Suppliers presentations
Analyse existing market and spending trends to identify insights and potential improvements or initiatives
Establish and provide user feedback and experience on to-be processes
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Strong analytical skills
Willing to learn and share perspectives
