Intern, Marketing Technologies (Content) Project Manager

Duration: 6 months (with a possibility of extension to 12 months)
Work Schedule: Minimum of 3-days per week, 8AM - 5PM, with occasional evening meetings
The Coca-Cola Marketing Technologies team is looking for interns with a reasonable mix of marketing and technologies background to come in for a 6-month (minimum) internship to be the Intern, Marketing Technologies (Content) Project Manager. You will be expected to setup a project management framework to facilitate the tracking, prioritization and execution of key initiatives in Coca-Cola's Content Production Stack. The ideal candidate should be a current student actively pursuing a STEM-related degree, at least in their third or fourth year of university, or pursuing a post-grad degree or MBA.
You will get to work with the best-in-class specialists in the content production space and understand the various technologies involved. Furthermore, you will work with key stakeholders in our global marketing community including our agencies, to formulate the project management and governance framework around this key objective. We will start with a discovery phase before we get into a proposal stage and subsequent execution of the framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in meetings, presentations, and workshops.
Assist in creating detailed reports and presentations for various business functions and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and insights.
Support project management activities, including tracking and reporting project timelines and deliverables.
Able to perform key technical tasks by analyzing both enterprise platforms and data.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualification & Requirements:
Undergraduate or postgraduate student in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM)-related course or currently pursuing a post-grad degree or MBA is a plus.
Prior internship experience in marketing technology and product management is a plus. If not, a strong understanding of these fields is required
Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders from different regions and time zones globally.
Strong educational background in Marketing and Technology space. Has passion for understanding the Content Production Space and associated technologies. Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with project management software/tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Soft Skills & Functional Skills
Strong desire to learn and demonstrate professional drive.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with project management software/tools, such as Azure DevOps, is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Internship Details:
The internship is scheduled for a duration of 6 months, with the potential to extend to 12 months based on student availability, performance and business needs.
The role requires a commitment of a minimum 3-days per week. As we work with global teams, working hours may need to accommodate US and UK time zones for meetings.
