Job Title: Intern (Master’s) - Business Development
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Role Type: 12-month internship for a recent Master’s student
Job Summary:
As an Intern (Master's) in Business Development here at Honeywell in Dublin, you will be responsible for supporting process by assisting in the analysis of data, supporting project management efforts, conducting market research, and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives that drive business success within industrial automation.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model, with flexibility from the job holder.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This internship is set up for a duration of 12 months and starting as soon as you are able. This is for a masters degree graduate from 2025 or early 2026.

Key responsibilities:
You will work closely with experienced professionals, and assigned a buddy to gain hands-on experience within a friendly and supportive team to be trained to achieve the following:
- Assist in analysing data to support strategic planning efforts
- Conduct Market Research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscapes
- Assist in the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets for SME Europe
- Coordinate project activities and communicate updates to regional stakeholders
- Support project documentation and ensure all records are maintained accurately Contribute to the development of presentations and reports for stakeholders
Key skills and qualifications:
- Currently studying, or recently graduated from a Master's degree program in Business, or related field, completing in 2025 to early 2026
- Experience in strategic planning or a related field, and the ability to interpret data, (this can be from your studies, a hobby, or work experience)
- Familiarity with market research, project management tools and methodologies, (this can be from your studies, a hobby, or work experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Business level written and verbal communication skills in the English language Can commute with ease to our Dublin office
