About the role

We are looking for an Intern to join our Operation Optimisation team for a 6 week placement in July 2025.

In this role you will support the Optimisation team in developing insights capabilities by gathering and analysing operational data.

Responsibilities

• To support the Optimisation team in producing and analysing management information to oversee the performance management of the Retail business unit.

• To work with the Operations Optimisation team in reviewing, analysing and reporting on CS teams in monthly reporting

• Provide general support for the Head of Operations Optimisation and Retail Senior Management team

• Discussing and reviewing AI automation and Power App solutions designed to bring efficiencies within Retail

Skills

• Good problem analysis and resolution skills;

• Very good analytical skills;

• A high level of attention to detail and an ability to extract core messages from data;

• Very capable with relevant computer packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);

• Good verbal, visual and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision making;

• Good interpersonal skills, in order to develop and maintain good working relationships with a range of colleagues in other departments;

• A high level of drive, enthusiasm and resilience, with the ability to work under pressure.
