AManco S.A. is the alternative investment fund manager with Arendt. It is wholly owned by Arendt Services and is regulated and supervised by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF – Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier). AManco S.A. has the capacity to manage a wide range of investment strategies and asset classes (private equity, venture capital, real estate, debts and fund of funds). As a result of the continuous increase of our activities, we are currently looking for a: Intern – Portfolio Analyst Your role: • Conduct a review of investment recommendations and associated due diligence materials prepared by advisors, to evaluate potential transactions; • Coordinate and attend AManco Investment Committee. Prepare the necessary material as part of the transactions process of our alternative funds; • Participate to monthly review calls with clients; • Prepare investment portfolio performance review as part of the ongoing portfolio monitoring. • Oversee Portfolio Management delegates, through regular calls and KPIs; • Assist in reporting duties to senior management and board of the company regarding portfolio management topics as well as oversight; • Contribute to the design and development of the internal database. • Support for ESG-focused funds; • Assist in the preparation of the Client & Business Acceptance Committee, to ensure the covering of portfolio management topics for all new projects. Your profile: • You are currently studying for a master’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or other relevant subjects; • You are fluent in French and English. Any other language will be considered a strong asset; • You have a deep interest and affinity for alternative investments; • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • You are proactive, rigorous with the ability to meet deadlines; • You are a team player and the ability to work independently; • You are skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
