About the Role:

• Sourcing of mid size projects and handling stakeholder requests on MRO articles, manufacturing equipment, services and other manufacturing supplies.
• Launch request for quotations.
• Negotiate best price-quality solution.
• Identify recurring stakeholder requests, negotiate long term conditions with suppliers and integrate results in contracts and catalogues. Follow up contract performance with suppliers.
• Assist in defining efficient processes and working instructions, supplier relationship management and the creation of a communication plan towards internal stakeholders.
• Realize a sourcing strategy document for a commodity.
• Contributing to process optimization projects and best practice implementation.
• Managing purchase order follow-ups, document handling, and compliance checks.

To Join Our Team You Need:

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree with focus on Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain or Purchasing.
• Must have a very good level in English (writing and speaking).
• All other European language and especially French,German and Luxemburgish will be considered as an asset.
• IT, soft skills & others.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Team player, self driven, taking initiative, enthusiastic.
• Flexible, ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Able to interact with all levels of Management.
