The Impact You'll Make

Would you like to combine your engineering skills with practical experience on real machines? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you as Engineering Intern in the Solutions Engineering team at Danfoss Power Solutions’ Application Development Centre in Nordborg, Denmark.

As part of the Global Innovation and Development team, we focus on innovating machine systems and exploring cutting-edge technologies to enhance the control and performance of equipment like forklifts, tractors, and loaders.

We are seeking a candidate available to start in February, 2026 for a duration of 5-6 months

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop, prototype, and test mechatronic solutions.
Design test-setup in collaboration with our workshop
Optimize and fine-tune prototypes for real-world applications.
Create technical documentation to support projects.

What We're Looking For

Enrolled in a B.Sc. or M.Sc. Engineering program.
Strong foundation in mechatronics; hands-on experience is a plus.
Programming skills in C, Matlab Simulink, or similar.
Familiarity with CAD design, including prototyping (e.g., 3D printing).
Interest or experience in mobile machinery such as forklifts and tractors.
Basic understanding of hydraulics is advantageous.
Knowledge of measurement techniques and data analysis for evaluating test results.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
