Job Title: Internal/Process Auditor
Job Summary:
The Internal/Process Auditor is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organization. This role involves conducting internal audits of business processes, identifying control weaknesses, assessing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audits of various business processes, departments, and operations.
- Identify and assess areas of risk and evaluate internal control structures.
- Review compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyze and evaluate process documentation, reports, and data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for management.
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely and appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Collaborate with departments to understand workflows and help implement effective controls.
- Assist in the development and refinement of audit methodologies and tools.
- Contribute to annual audit planning and risk assessments.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and best practices relevant to internal auditing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in internal auditing, process auditing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in audit software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
