JOB PURPOSE
As part of the HR Internal Communication team, the candidate will support the execution and coordination of the communication plan across different internal channels, targeting Prada Group employees worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to collect communication needs and materials, transforming them into structured and engaging content consistent with the company’s tone of voice and internal communication standards.
- Plan and coordinate the internal communication calendar across multiple online and offline channels.
- Take ownership of the editorial internal platform, gathering content from different teams on a daily basis, publishing updates, and ensuring the internal website is consistently maintained and aligned with communication priorities.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of internal email communications in Adobe Campaign, from template design in Figma to building and sending DEMs with accurate segmentation and scheduling, ensuring continuous optimization through data-driven insights.
- Support the planning of communication related to internal events, ensuring consistency across channels and timely execution.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Brief experience in a similar role is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good knowledge of Adobe Campaign or other marketing automation tools.
Good knowledge of Canva and Figma or other design/graphic tools.
Good knowledge of WordPress for content management and publishing activities.
Basic knowledge of HTML.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive, independent, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach.
