We are looking for an Internal Communication Manager to join our Group and play a key role in shaping a connected, informed, and engaged global workforce. In this role, you will drive impactful communication strategies, create meaningful narratives, and inspire employees to align with our mission, culture, and values.

What is the role about?
Are you passionate about crafting compelling narratives that connect and inspire internal audiences? We’re seeking a dynamic Internal Communication Manager to shape and lead communication concepts that foster engagement, alignment, and a strong sense of belonging within our global workforce. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to elevate internal communications and spotlight our innovation power through impactful, multi-channel campaigns tailored to inform, engage, and bring our employees together.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

  • Advance internal communications by creating and implementing communication concepts that engage and connect employees across the organization.
  • Leverage digital platforms, most importantly our intranet, to inform and inspire employees while ensuring seamless communication across multiple channels and formats.
  • Simplify complex topics such as business strategies, and customer focus, translating them into clear, relatable, and engaging messages for diverse internal audiences.
  • Develop campaigns that showcase company values, culture, and priorities, fostering alignment and collaboration across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, Marketing) to identify, create, and deliver relevant content.
  • Manage and develop internal corporate communication platforms and channels by ensuring they are dynamic, user-friendly, and aligned with employee needs.
  • Analyze and measure communication impact using relevant tools and metrics to refine and optimize approaches.
  • Foster a global network of internal communication partners and intranet editors, providing guidance and resources to maintain high-quality and consistent messaging.
  • Stay curious about technology, learning about innovations and trends that could enhance communication tools, processes, and approaches.

What do we expect from you?
You:

  • Hold a relevant degree in media, communication studies, or any other relevant field of study.
  • Bring at least five years of experience in corporate or agency communications, preferably in an international environment.
  • Are digitally savvy, with expertise in online communication tools and a strong affinity for digital media. Proficiency in CMS platforms and common image/video editing software is essential.
  • Excel in communication, with exceptional written and verbal skills and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences including the use of video
  • Enjoy working in a team environment, building and maintaining networks effectively while understanding the nuances of internal and public communication.
  • Have a strong command of languages, with native-level fluency in German and excellent English proficiency.
