Your role
You will be responsible for the internal communications within Global Solutions.
You will support the implementation of a purpose-driven, engaging and authentic communication strategy. You will also coordinate internal communication initiatives within the International Division of Swiss Life Group.
We are looking for a maternity/parental leave replacement and can offer a short term contract of 18 months starting in January/February 2025.
You will report to the Head of HR & Internal Communication International.
Your tasks will include the following:
  • In line with the Group internal communication strategy, conceive and implement annual communication plans for Global Solutions, and coordinate and follow-up initiatives within the International Division
  • Provide guidance and prepare internal communications for the Luxembourg and International Division CEOs and for C-level stakeholders
  • Engage our employees around strategic developments, by producing a meaningful and authentic content; using various channels, including articles, conferences, newsletters and videos.
  • Proactively develop employer’s branding, among others on social media, in collaboration with the Marketing and External communication team
  • Oversee the management of the day-to-day Global Solutions intranet in its structure, format and maintenance, with the support of a trainee.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver physical, virtual and hybrid events; for example: town halls, business updates, Staff Day, etc.
  • Track communication metrics to identify key learnings, trends and opportunities for improvement.
Your profile
  • Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing or similar preferred
  • Several years of experience in an internal communication role, ideally with experience working with high-level stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills, predominantly in English
  • Proficient in English. Knowledge of French and German are a plus
  • Expert in digital communication: you are able to manage websites (CMS), you are familiar with digital collaboration tools and experience with video or photo editing, etc. and strong proficiency in MS Office tools
  • You are a strong team-player with hands-on mentality, capable of interacting in a proactive way at all levels
  • You are creative, dynamic and flexible
