With manufacturing sites throughout the UK, and a House of Rohl showroom at the Design Centre in London, we currently employ over 600 people who are dedicated to delivering excellent products and service throughout our supply chain. A new multi-million pound state-of-the-art facility at the i54 Business Park in Wolverhampton will be completed later this year, generating exciting new opportunities across the business as we continue to grow.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Internal Recruiter within our growing Recruitment Team.
In a nutshell you will be responsible for:
To deliver a best in class candidate experience. Working with key stakeholders within the business you will be responsible to manage the list of vacancies to ensure the delivery of a timely, cost conscious, efficient service for your stakeholders. Working collaboratively through the process to support retention.
What you are already great at:
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and hiring Managers to deliver timely new and replacement fills.
- Upkeep accurate data on the ATS
- Ensure all platforms are accurate, engaging and on brand.
- Prioritising vacancies in accordance with the business needs
- Support and coach hiring managers where necessary.
- Delivering and reporting on a best in class candidate experience.
- Continuously measure success and evolve processes and practices to ensure they meet the needs of the business.
- Manage the PSL and ensure SLAs are fit for purpose.
- Run campaigns and group assessments where appropriate.
- Build a local network of attraction around each site.
- Be future focused and keep current with new methodologies
- Developing selection materials to support objective decision making
- Participate at Recruitment Fayres
For this role we would need you to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar role and happiest in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in delivering data driven solutions
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and communication skills
- Excellent at multi-tasking and working with competing priorities
- A solution focused mindset
- Confident and credible knowledge of sourcing candidates using a multitude of attraction sites and platforms
