Internal Sales / Customer Service – Commercial Lighting

Gamma Illumination is long-established Australian manufacturer of commercial LED lighting, with over 40 years of successful operation.
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales / Customer Service professional who can manage enquiries, orders, and coordination accurately and without close supervision.

The Role

• Handle inbound enquiries (phone & email)
• Prepare precise quotes and process orders end-to-end
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and project teams
• Provide accurate delivery timelines and follow through

Requirements (Essential)

• Proven experience in internal sales or customer service
• Strong attention to detail — able to process orders accurately first time
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Highly Regarded

• Experience in lighting, electrical, or technical products
• ERP or order processing system experience

The Offer

• Full-time | Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
• Stable, long-term position
• On-site parking | Immediate start

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
