Description:
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Internal Sales Representatives.

Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and achievement of individual and team targets.

Ensure outstanding customer service delivery across all touchpoints.

Be hands-on – jump on the phones and emails during peak periods or when the team needs backup.

Review sales calls, identify training needs, and ensure consistent messaging and service standards.

Support interstate sales teams in NSW and Victoria with guidance, insights, and occasional travel.

Analyse sales data, uncover trends, and identify new opportunities to boost performance.

Build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners alike.

What You Bring

Proven experience in a trade or internal sales environment with leadership responsibilities,

A natural coach and motivator with a firm but fair leadership style.

Data-driven mindset – you know how to interpret sales figures and use them to inform decisions.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and keep the team energised.

Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Provide support and technical solutions to suspension professionals from our wide range of products.
