Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers
Process orders, quotes, and follow up on inquiries efficiently
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships, pursue new leads and business opportunities to expand our customer base
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

✔️ Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, or a customer service role (preferably in hardware or a related industry)
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to build relationships with new and existing customers

✔️Excellent organisational and coordination skills to support meetings and track progress

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
✔️ Good knowledge of hardware products and construction materials (preferred)
✔️ Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
