The successful candidate must be fluent in English.

Punctuality is a must with Office hours 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from warm and cold lead lists.
• Promote the company’s pest control services in a professional and confident manner.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Book appointments for our field team or close sales directly where appropriate.
• Maintain and update records with call notes, outcomes, and follow-ups.
• Achieve or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively at all times.

• A self-starter with a confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ambitious, driven, and target-focused with a strong work ethic.
• Previous telesales or sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €27,000.00-€29,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Commission pay
• Yearly bonus
